Ankara Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Nöroşirürji Kliniği, Ankara, Türkiye Ewing’s Sarcoma is a malignant mesenchymal tumor of bone tissue, which is primarily seen in young adults. It usually originates from the long bones of the body but it can develop in any bony tissue. Although Ewing’s Sarcoma is a rare tumor in the practice of neurosurgery, metastases are often encountered in the cranium and vertebrae. Central nervous system metastasis is extremely rare. Surgery is the primary treatment for Ewing’s Sarcoma but secondary treatment such as chemotherapy should also be administered. A 21-year-old male who presented with a right tibial mass was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma and lung metastasis. While he was undergoing chemotherapy, a cranial MRI obtained because of severe headache showed an intra-parenchymal metastatic lesion with brain edema. The lesion was treated surgically and a gross total resection was performed. We have presented a case of bone tissue Ewing’s Sarcoma with brain parenchyma metastasis as a rare condition in this paper. Anahtar Kelimeler : Ewing’s sarcoma, Intraparenchymal, Metastasis
