Schwannoma is a benign neoplasm arising from schwann cells. In the head and neck regions, schwannoma is a common tumour. But this tumour is very rare in the external nasal wall. A 42 year old man presented with asymptomatic swelling on the left nasal wall enlarging for a year. On physicial examination elastic, completely mobile, 1x2 cm measured painless mass located in the left external nasal wall. Cytologic examination was reported as benign. The initial diagnosis was dermoid cyst and sebacous cyst. Intercartilagineus incision was applied and the mass was excised totally for the definitive diagnosis. Histopathological examination was consistent with schwannoma. We present a case of nasal schwannoma originating from the left external nasal wall that no reccurence was observed after 26 month follow up.
